One of the things that attracted us to the area of the farm is that Organic Valley headquarters are nearby. We try to eat everything organic if possible & were eating mostly raw foods at one time a couple years ago. A goal of ours is to do that again. We never felt better!
Organic Valley hosts the Kickapoo Country Fair in July at it's LaFarge location. It's a lot of fun. There are bands playing, vendor booths, antique tractors, farm animals, guest speakers & great food. Last summer, Jim Hightower spoke & we bought an autographed copy of his book "Swim against the Current: Even a Dead Fish Can Go With the Flow".
Now if we can get Lehman's to move here, we'll be all set!
