Recipe Using the "Soon to be Harvested" Strawberries

Here is a great sounding dip recipe. I don't know if I can wait for the strawberries to ripen. It was in a book from the library called "The Backyard Beekeeper's Honey Handbook" by Kim Flottum.
Very Pink Dip

1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons mild-flavored honey
1 1/4 cup mashed strawberries with juice

In a medium bowl, blend together all the ingredients,
stirring until well mixed.
Cover & chill until needed.
Serve with fruit.

Makes 2 cups

Mmmm. That sounds great! I SO want to be able to have room for strawberries soon.

Ohh that does sound good! Hopefully this year the new bed will bring us more...and that's only good if I can manage to put more in the basket than I eat, lol.
